Terms and Conditions nectar
1. These terms and conditions are issued by First Quench Limited (“Thresher Group”) Enjoyment Hall, Bessemer Road, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 1BL and regulate the collection of Nectar points at participating Threshers, Victoria Wine, Wine Rack, and Bottoms Up stores. Nectar points are not available from certain non-participating Thresher Group outlets – currently these include Haddows, Huttons, Drinks Cabin, concessions within BP service stations, university campuses, railway stations and Center Parcs. Participating Thresher Group stores will be identified by the presence of Nectar information in store. If in doubt, please check with the store before making your purchase.
2. These terms and conditions should be read together with Nectar Collector Rules set out in Nectar registration packs which are available in-store or from the operator of the Nectar programme, Loyalty Management UK Limited at www.nectar.com. If you are collecting Nectar points when making a purchase at a participating Thresher Group store, you are acknowledging to Thresher Group that you have complied with the Nectar Collector Rules.
3. To collect Nectar points, your Nectar card must be presented at the till point at the time of making the purchase. You will collect two Nectar points for each whole £1 spent in a single purchase transaction paid for and collected at a participating Thresher Group store after removing the amount of any expenditure on any excluded product. Currently excluded products are tobacco and related products, phone cards, gift vouchers, e-top up vouchers, cash back transactions, postage stamps, lottery tickets and e-top up pay point payment methods e.g. congestion charges. At least £1 must be spent in a single purchase transaction at a participating Thresher Group store for it to qualify for Nectar points. Nectar points cannot be added to your Nectar account after a purchase is made. If you return any goods for refund on which Nectar points have been collected, we reserve the right to deduct these Nectar points.
4. Nectar points are not available for collection (a) on purchases on company or corporate accounts; or (b) on wholesale or business purchases.
5. Thresher Group can only investigate queries regarding Nectar points within six months of the date of the statement showing the award, deduction or adjustment of the relevant point(s).
6. The redemption of Nectar points is determined by the Nectar Collector Rules and General Rewards Conditions. Thresher Group has no responsibility for the delivery, standard, quality or otherwise of any goods and services received or supplied or the failure of a supplier to honour redemption or make specific rewards available. All rewards are subject to all applicable legal rules and the terms and conditions of the supplier (including, without limitation, booking requirements, cancellation restrictions, return conditions, warranties and limitations of liability).
7. Thresher Group reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who is or appears to be under the age of 18.
8. Thresher Group reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and to withdraw from the Nectar programme in whole or in part on reasonable notice.
